- Contact form: name, email, and message when you contact our support team.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, businesses viewed, and actions taken on the platform.
- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.
- Location data: approximate location when you use our “Near Me” or directions feature (only with your explicit permission).
- Push notification tokens: a device token to deliver notifications (only with your permission).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- Display and operate business listings on the platform.
- Review and verify business KYC submissions.
- Enable communication between users and businesses.
- Send transactional notifications (account activity, message alerts, moderation decisions).
- Provide location-based search results when you request them.

- Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
